Overall, our stay at the hotel was perfectly fine, and everything with the room and amenities went well. However, we were deeply disappointed when the valet brought our car back from the parking lot. As soon as I opened the car door, I realized that several of the souvenirs I had purchased for my family and friends were missing from the vehicle. It is very upsetting to experience a security issue like this regarding items left in our car while under the hotel's care, which unfortunately ruined our final impression.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull. I would like to take them for the fruit salad every morning even it is not a part of breakfast.

Excellent experience. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning was amazing. Excellent service from all the staff-reception, restaurant and spa. The pool and garden were even more beautiful than the photos

Stayed Friday to Monday for a couples weekend break. Couldn't fault the hotel and staff from start to finish. Room was perfect, cleaned every day (even if we left the room late) All Staff were friendly and helpful. Spa and outside pool a real added bonus and just what was needed to break up the sight seeing in the afternoon and escape the heat. Food very good quality and the hotel is perfectly placed for access to all the sights you must visit. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Florence.
