Petite carte, mais plats maîtrisés. Je recommande. J'ai pris les tagliatelles à la bolognaise, pâtes al dente et la sauce très bonne. Mon épouse les carbonara, qu'elle a trouvé excellente. Le resto est dans une petite rue. Idéal pour sortir un peu de la foule.

The food here is simply delicious, probably one of the best pastas I’ve had! Service is amazing, stuff is super friendly and helpful! The atmosphere is super casual which makes it even better, there is no pretense just simply delicious food and wine

整体还不错的餐厅。 意面海鲜味超级足，青口贝也挺鲜嫩的，这个比较出乎意料，国内经常吃到很腥和老的青口。 红酒炖野猪是我看评价比较感兴趣而过来吃的菜，实则和想象中有些出入，肉是很碎的那种，有些比较干的纤维感。而且调味也非常的重，酸，咸，还有一些香料味。这可能真的是当地的口味，我不好说这是否是正宗的一种表现。我想象里这道菜应该是大块大块的肉，炖煮的带着些酸甜的感觉。 另外一道炖菜调味还不错，软烂适口。番茄芹菜鸡蛋的结合，挺好的。

Il Ricettario ("The Recipebook") is one of the best meals we had in Florence. Two brothers run the kitchen using their mother's recipe book as the foundation — it shows in the cooking, which is unfussy and clearly rooted in family technique rather than a tourist menu. The pomodoro e pasta di basilico was outstanding, and a beef entree with basil, potato, and zucchini was equally well-executed. Brother Stefano steered us toward a Rosso di Montepulciano pairing that worked perfectly with both dishes. Excellent value for the quality. Reservations are essential — we booked a month out by phone; the small dining room was consistently full.
