Perfect. I lost my phone during my stay in the hotel and they kept looking for it even after i left and they found it. All the staff were so nice. The rooms were very confortable, and the hotel being on an island made it feel very confortable, as it was only 15 minutes away from Venice with complementary boat trips. I would go back any time.

San Clemente Palace Venice — The Best Hotel in Italy ❤️ The best location in Venice, It is so easy to reach St. Mark’s Square just a 10 minute ride on the hotel’s complimentary luxury boat We were a family of four and stayed at San Clemente Palace Venice last week, in August 2026. Our rooms/suites were spectacular beautifully decorated, with high ceilings, elegant details, and breathtaking views. It truly felt like we were living in a royal palace. It was like a dream. Truly amazing. The housekeeping staff 👏👏👏👏 each and every one of them did an excellent job of making sure our rooms were spotless at all times. They constantly refreshed and replenished the amenities, toiletries, towels, and everything in the room, both morning and evening. Everything was generously provided, including complimentary beverages. We honestly felt so well taken care of. The best hotel in Venice. The best hotel in Italy.🇮🇹 And I say this after traveling to almost every corner of Italy and staying exclusively at luxury hotels wherever we went. But what really, really impressed us was the STAFF 👏👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️❤️ From the moment we stepped onto the property by private boat, we were welcomed with warm smiles and such genuine personal touches that immediately made us feel special and so happy. The reason I say this is the best hotel in the entire Italy is because of the staff’s incredible hospitality and extraordinary service. I have never experienced this level of professionalism anywhere else in Italy, while at the same time, every single staff member was so friendly, warm, and personal. It truly felt like home. It felt like we were being genuinely cared for even beyond what we could have expected from a luxury hotel. A very special thank you to the sweetest angel, DİLARA from Guest Relations 👏👏👏👏❤️.
